Welcome to the suzuki clinic!

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM.
We take patients by appointments only so please call prior to visiting the office.
Please call 24 hours in advance for change or cancellation of your appointment. There is $20 cancellation fee for no-show or if we don't here from you with-in 24 hours of your cancellation of your appointment. We will not contact you via letter or phone for appointment reminder, so please keep in mind.
For your first visit, several forms have to be filled out. You can either fill out via on-line or bring the printed form.
